Thank you for considering Sultan Market & Grill for your special occasion. Whether you're hosting a gathering, a corporate event, or a private celebration, our restaurant and grocery services are here to provide an exceptional experience. Please review the following conditions to ensure a seamless event:

1. Event Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • we don't accept any Changes after confirmation 

2. Menu Selection and Customization

  • Choose from our extensive restaurant menu, featuring authentic Mediterranean dishes, including kebabs, BBQ platters, and desserts like baklava and kunafeh.
  • Custom menu options and dietary accommodations are available upon request during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for special requests.
  • Grocery items for events (e.g., halal meats, fresh produce, Mediterranean products) can be pre-ordered from our market to complement your occasion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required on the day of the event or as per the agreed schedule.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 10 minute in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  • The refunds you will received  within 5 to 10 days 

5. Event Setup and Duration

  • Event timings and setup details will be agreed upon during booking. Extensions beyond the agreed duration may incur additional fees.
  • For grocery-related events (e.g., cooking demos or custom grocery bundles), a detailed plan will be provided upon booking.

6. Delivery and Catering Services

  • Catering is available for events with delivery provided on orders over $50. Delivery fees may apply for smaller orders or distant locations.
  • Grocery orders for events can be picked up or delivered directly to your venue.

7. Venue and Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and the venue.
  • Damage to property or excessive cleaning needs resulting from the event will be the client’s responsibility and may incur additional fees.

8. Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • We adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
